Many of the retail bulls on the neoclouds don’t seem to understand how capital-intensive this business model is. For example, it is currently costing $NBIS over $4 in capital employed to generate $1 in revenue. The growth is coming at a very high cost(and commensurately low ROIC)

$NBIS is expanding into Spain securing an 18MW lease with Merlin Properties at its Getafe campus. The move marks Nebius first entry into the Spanish market and another step in scaling its European AI infrastructure footprint. https://t.co/lLHbdBKeG0

$NBIS Just waking up and seeing this. Morgan Stanley clarifying the Bloomberg article which was misleading FUD (no surprise) Read below, $META will most likely offer bare metal with older GPUs. They wont resell the specialized full stack compute from NBIS….they will keep that for their internal needs. Bottom line is yesterday was a shakeout. If you sold because of a Bloomberg article, god help you.

$NBIS does not look good now, short term it could get a lot worse. I may look to sell some covered calls today to capitalise on a further draw down, but this current price action has $180s written all over it in the coming weeks. The close will be very important.

I am obviously extremely bullish on $NBIS long term, and did all my buying around the $100 level (cost basis is $109). While I believe this may be a good buying opportunity (especially if you don’t have a position), for me the R/R in loading up here still doesn’t really make sense *for me*. $186 is when I start buying again. Not saying it’ll happen, and I don’t mind if it doesn’t because I already have my position built out. But if it does then it’ll be a great R/R level to double down on. This is the beauty of getting in early and having a low cost basis, you don’t need to fomo on every dip.

Genuinely think this is so overblown. Neoclouds are a bid here imo. $NBIS $IREN $CRWV All look good at these lows.

Easy says Meta’s plan to sell excess AI compute is a last ditch attempt to salvage its $145B AI spending spree "I think, in general, the Meta situation is a joke. I think this is a last-ditch effort for Meta to try to capitalize on the market" "I think they're just trying to get some semblance of liquidity" "He signaled the possibility of a cloud move and addressed it again in May. It's definitely on the table, so this isn't even a guarantee. This isn't even a surefire thing, which alone is the bigger concern"

$NBIS hasn't been touched since withdrawing at $289. Because I somehow felt it wasn't at the market's core. It's not a fundamental reason; when looking at the overall market, it feels offset from the core. I don't think this is the end, but for now I wasn't caught.

Originally $NBIS was rebounding nicely these two days, but Meta announced its entry into the cloud computing/AI computing power market, causing it to crash -13%! I can feel the sentiment of $CRCL holders from yesterday! Llama performed so poorly that it can't use that much compute; Mark Zuckerberg can only rent out compute, similar to Elon Musk's xAI situation. But AI compute resources have been scarce in recent years, this is just a short‑term downside, continue holding! https://t.co/n37dFiwRFH

$NBIS is down 10% following reports that $META is developing a cloud business to sell access to excess AI compute. This was something that had been expected for a long time. Meta has been pushing CapEx as aggressively as possible because any potential excess capacity could always be resold later anyway. Mark Zuckerberg said as much back in May. It doesn’t change anything for $NBIS IMO. Quick reminder: Nebius has a $12B contract with Meta, plus a $15B backstop. And according to Nebius’ management, they don’t expect to use a single dollar of that backstop for Meta. Instead, that capacity should be sold to enterprise customers at higher margins, because the demand is clearly there.

Basically pre-market right now with the Neoclouds like $NBIS in simpler terms. Costco: sells $5 chickens. Walmart: mass buys those rotisserie chickens and sells excess as “Walmart Chickens”. Stock Market: sells off Costco.
