    According to CryptoOnchain @CryptoOnchain, an extremely unusual surge in on-chain activity for LINK is occurring. Between May 9 and 10, the number of active addresses jumped from the usual around 3,000 to over 280,000. Yet, unlike a typical panic-sell scenario, the LINK balance on Binance is actually decreasing. Over the past 14 days, Binance’s LINK holdings fell from 86.3 million to 85.8 million. Moreover, net flow remains continuously negative, indicating withdrawals from the exchange dominate. This combination of “rapid network utilization” and “reduced exchange supply” suggests it is not merely a sell-off, but may involve: · Self-custody migration · Smart-contract locking · Expanding CCIP-related usage If the reduction in liquid supply persists, conditions for a “structural supply shortage” in the LINK market may be taking shape.
