Receive (Deposit)

A receive (deposit) means transferring assets from another platform or wallet into your wallet. Before proceeding, make sure you select the correct token and network to avoid any loss of funds.

Step 1: Go to the Receive Page

Open the wallet app and tap "Receive" on the home screen to go to the receiving page.

Step 2: Select Token and Network

• Choose the token you want to receive (e.g., USDT, ETH, BTC)
• Select the corresponding network (e.g., BASE, Solana, Arbitrum)

⚠️ Selecting the correct network is critical. The network used by the sender must match the one you select. Using the wrong network may result in funds being undeliverable or permanently lost.

Step 3: Get Your Receiving Address

Your unique receiving address and QR code will be displayed. You can:

• Tap to copy the address and share it with the sender
• Have the sender scan your QR code directly

Step 4: Wait for the Transfer

After sharing your address or QR code, wait for the sender to complete the transfer. Arrival time may vary depending on network congestion — typically ranging from a few seconds to several minutes.

Step 5: Confirm Receipt

Once the deposit is successful, you will receive a notification. You can view the arrival time, amount, and transaction hash (TxHash) in your transaction history.

Send (Withdrawal)

A withdrawal is the process of sending assets from your wallet to another address or platform. Since blockchain transactions are irreversible, please review all details carefully before confirming.

Step 1: Go to the Send Page

Open the wallet app, and tap "Send" on the home screen to enter the sending page.

Step 2: Select Token and Network

• Choose the token you want to send
• Select the corresponding network

⚠️ Please confirm the network with the recipient. Both sides must use the same network, otherwise the funds will not arrive.

Step 3: Enter the Recipient Address

Enter the recipient's address in the address field. To avoid errors, it is strongly recommended to:

• Copy and paste the address
• Scan the recipient's QR code
• Select a saved address from your address book

Step 4: Enter the Amount

Enter the amount you wish to send. You can also tap "All" or "Max" to quickly fill in your full available balance.

💡 Note: A network fee (Gas Fee) is required for withdrawals and will be deducted from your balance. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the fee.

Step 5: Review the Network Fee

The system will automatically estimate the network fee. Some wallets allow you to customize the fee — a higher fee generally results in faster transaction confirmation.

Step 6: Verify Details and Submit

Before submitting, please carefully verify the following:

• Is the recipient address correct?
• Is the sending amount correct?
• Are both networks the same?
• Is the network fee acceptable?

Once confirmed, tap "Confirm" or "Send" to submit the transaction.

Step 7: Track Transaction Status

After submission, you can check the transaction status (Completed) in your transaction history, and track progress on a blockchain explorer using the transaction hash (TxHash).

⚠️ Security Reminders

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted. Always double-check all information before confirming.
• Do not share your receiving address through unsecured channels. Stay alert to phishing attempts.
• Make sure you have enough balance to cover the network fee before sending. Insufficient fees may cause the transaction to fail or remain pending for an extended period.
