if dragonfly's share of that 19.47% was allocated proportionally from the $21m investor pool in 2024 it implies a ~$5.52m allocation at current $lit valuation that stake is worth $57m ~10x
(i am ignoring a61z investment here as there is not much public info on that, so the implied return could be higher for dragonfly)

Yes, 750m 1D volume is not low vs other perp DEXs but that shouldn't be the targeted competition for a $1bn valuation venue. It was always CEXs.
You will not capture organic traders if they miss out on >10bps yearly returns unless downside risks mitigation is worth the premium which is just not there

LIT tokens are locked for one year, then unlock gradually over three years after the TGE, and cannot be transferred before 2026.
According to Arkham monitoring, Dragonfly has received LIT tokens worth approximately $55.8 million from Lighter; if this allocation belongs to investor token shares, it will be locked for one year and gradually unlocked over three years after the TGE, and the related tokens are expected not to be transferred before December 30, 2026.
