if you spend a lot of time trading new pairs, fading RH is really silly to me. The chain is obviously going to be one of the most dominant EVM environments.

People compared it to Plasma - that's laughable and I don't even want to humor it. People compared it to Base. It will be what Base could've been if Coinbase wasn't the most awfully run publicly traded company on earth. Vlad and HOOD are sharp. Look at COIN vs HOOD performance and you'll understand.

If I wasn't old and washed, I would've bridged there weeks ago when @Dreampto was pounding the table.

From here, I expect it to play out like:

- the last 3000 people with money pvping each other

- soon enough people will lose and get bored

- the chain currently doesn't have enough built out nor a thorough GTM planned from within the company

- it goes silent for months and then they can capture attention again

the chain will do well long term, and in the interim, we will have periods of manic gambling on it. have fun

I think RH Chain is the equivalent to $PEPE in 23'.

Momentary fun for now and then when meaningful liquidity enters back in the space things get fun.

Right now its hard to image onchain being successful in thin liquidity conditions.

Just my two cents

this is actually an interesting direction
instead of farming tasks or chasing whitelist spots,
redhorse is experimenting with on-chain membership on solana
lock RH - earn tier - get participation weight
so commitment becomes measurable, not just social noise
no manual lists
no hidden favoritism
just transparent rules onchain
curious to see if token locking as a signal can replace the usual follow/rt meta
if this works, web3 participation models might look very different soon 🐎
