It should be obvious to everyone that the economic picture drastically changes if Iran is successful in destroying energy infrastructure across the Middle East. The short-term implications will get most of the headlines, but the long-term calculus feels more important. How do you build infrastructure in a region where an adversarial country can fly a cheap drone packed with explosives into your facility? How do you discount the risk of a persistent, decentralized threat? The rise of drones and counter-drone technology is going to be one of the most important aspects of commercial activity in the region. You have to protect against the new threat or you risk your entire business being destroyed at near zero cost to the attacker. Just as "information warfare" simply became "information," we are going to see the "battlefield" become "operational security." This is a big reason why I am excited about the prospects of $ONDS as a shareholder. We need American companies that own, operate, and scale drone technology, while having counter-drone capabilities deployed across commercial and military use cases. This entire sector will only get more important over time.

Ondas $ONDS has completed the acquisition of Rotron Aerospace, thereby adding advanced propulsion technologies and long-range unmanned aircraft platforms to its autonomous systems portfolio.

Ondas $ONDS announced that 4M Defense received the first operational order under Israel's national demining program; that program was awarded in February for more than US$30M, and now also includes up to an additional US$30M in future, still contingent phases. The work will cover about 740 acres on the Israel–Syria border, under a milestone scheme with an initial execution period of up to three years. 🔹 Key results • Initial firm order of US$15.8M for 4M Defense, corresponding to the first operational phase of the demining program in Israel. • The original program awarded in February was valued at over US$30M, and the new announcement adds the potential for another US$30M in future phases, bringing the maximum potential value to ~US$60M. • The mission will focus on legacy mined fields and UXO on the Israel–Syria border, using autonomous robotics, drones and advanced sensors. 🔹 Strategic analysis This announcement clears a major doubt: 4M is no longer just a piece acquired to complete the “systems of systems” narrative, but a capability that is beginning to monetize with real operational orders. Ondas has been building OAS through acquisitions and expanding its integrated autonomous platform; this order confirms that this strategy is indeed starting to translate into concrete contracts. Furthermore, the strategic value goes beyond the amount. In the February announcement, Ondas framed 4M within a full-cycle border security proposal: pre‑conflict surveillance, ISR/robotics during the conflict and post‑conflict demining after. This expands the potential “share of wallet” with state and defense customers: Ondas stops being only a drones/counter‑UAS company and gains exposure to an adjacent, high‑value category with relevant operational barriers.
