    The processor handling 50% of Japan's credit cards just built their payment infrastructure on blockchain. So did one of Korea's largest banks and their biggest payment processor ($38B annual volume). Nobody's talking about which chain they chose. It's @avax .     The Senate Banking Committee voted on the CLARITY Act, 15-9. Only 2 Democrats crossed the aisle. Democrats are still pushing for changes before final passage. (Stablecoin yield, AML rules, DeFi treatment - all still unresolved.) Next stop: full Senate floor vote. Then it needs to be reconciled with the House version before anyone gets to sign anything.
