    so megaeth terminal comes to an end faster than expected I managed to finish at rank 2037 the current point system was rewarding gamblers and whales; you had to burn a lot of capital to climb the ladder didn't burn much money to be honest, so I expect the distribution will happen based on ranking and not based on points lol hope that shutting down the terminal will boost somehow $mega price

    my MegaEth terminal experience - finished rank 1666 - 363 total points - highest weekly score was Week 3 with 229 points - best apps: hitdotone and euphoria - lost over $700, mostly from holding $MEGA spot bags and LPing for points overall sentiment: - MegaEth is really a real-time chain - apps felt more like on-chain gambling - a few apps were genuinely fun - i doubt anyone is getting rich off any current app on the chain looking forward to what’s coming… what were your favorite apps on MegaEth, and would you still use them without incentives?

    After reviewing the Terminal data, we’ve decided to conclude the season early, and sunset our Terminal program. The points distribution for Week 3 has gone out as normal and a snapshot has been taken of all user activity up to this point, which will be used in our final calculations. This decision did not come easy, but we believe this is what’s best to support our ecosystem. Next week, we'll run a supplemental points distribution to thank all users who have been exploring and experimenting with the different apps throughout the program. Eligible Terminal participants will receive a share of the rewards pool in USDM, based on the points accumulated to date as also activity that supported Mega. Early next week, we'll open a place on Terminal for one week so you can designate a wallet address to receive your rewards. Terminal’s main features will be merged with Rabbithole, transitioning everything into one unified chain experience. Thank you to everyone who has supported us this far. We can’t wait to

    megaeth sunsets its points program which I think is fair since there isn't enough clarity on how to earn points everyone is pretty much gambling and experimenting but then they decided not to pay in $mega, but with usdm instead denying participants an opportunity to get $mega at a discount which is super weird why usdm instead of $mega?
